Melissa did a spectacular job taking care of us while we transitioned from California to the Harrisburg area.  I moved a year before my wife and I started looking for homes about six months prior to her planned arrival.   We put down two deposits before the third finally worked out.  We were contingent on our home selling in California and we got close to having to move into a hotel with three dogs because we couldn't get a tax certification for the new home.  Melissa stayed up half the night working with the newly elected tax assessor to complete the necessary documents.   We were able to close the next day. If I could give Melissa McCullough more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
